Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate and Group Travel Consultant with exceptional customer service and communication skills. As one of our corporate travel experts, you are responsible for recommending, reserving and managing travel arrangements for clients with a focus on exemplary service while following internal business protocols in a fast paced environment.

- Strong corporate travel product knowledge
- Ability to actively listen to customers and make suitable recommendations
- Comfortable booking, issuing, and exchanging airline tickets
- Comfortable making international travel arrangements
- Attention to detail, organized and responsive
- Team oriented
- TICO certified
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Concur and ACCR would be an asset
- Bilingual French/English an asset
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming travel requests via phone and email
- Provide suitable options and recommendations, complete with pricing, itinerary details and travel documentation
- Organize, reserve and manage all aspects of the clients journey through their return, including ancillary services
- Remain current on all enhanced product offerings through our preferred supplier network that add value to the customer and agency
- Maintain client profile data
- Foster positive relationships with our suppliers and team
- Able to work in office, Monday – Friday 830am – 530pm
