Dawn books quite a bit of our travel and is doing an AMAZING job. I have done a significant amount of travel over the years and I wanted to let you know that Dawn has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is prompt, accurate (in a business where 95% is not good enough :), friendly, professional. She continually goes above and beyond. She is hands down the best travel agent that I have had the pleasure to work with. Just wanted to pass that along.
