Hotel reservations may be requested any time before prize letter expiration date by email to prizeletters@iberostar.cibom. No portion is transferable and the trip is not redeemable for cash. This original letter serves as a hotel voucher and must be handed to the reception desk upon check in. If prize letter is not presented, hotel stay will be charged at the current rate.
